If you received a damaged or defect item purchased directly from eu.travismathew.com, please submit several photos that clearly show the defective features of the product along with your original order number. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.

Please note:  We kindly ask that all warranty claims be handled through the original place of purchase.
