FREE RETURNS
 

Registered Users automatically qualify for free return shipping. Please contact customer service for your a free return shipping label and return authorisation number.
Guest users can request a return shipping label charged to the original method of payment in accordance with our Shipping Rates.  


To qualify for a refund:

The item must be returned unworn with original tags attached.
Must be complete with all parts and accessories intact. 


Items which can't be returned using our Returns Policy:

Free gifts/free items
Products that have been discounted greater than 50% off. These items are final sale and cannot be returned. 


Our Returns Process:

1. Request a Return Authorisation (RA number) & return shipping label (if applicable). Contact Us Here
*Your RA number should be quoted on your return to avoid any processing delays.
*Free Returns for registered users. Guest users will be charged at a rate in accordance with our Shipping Rates
3. Send your return to our returns address listed below.
*Please retain proof of posting when returning items by your own means
4. Once received in our distribution center, the refund amount will be credited back to the payment method used for the original order within 5-7 business days.
*Refunds can only be credited back to the payment method (e.g. VISA or MasterCard) used to make the original purchase.
