I bought an item from a third party, but it doesn’t fit. Can you swap it out for a new size since it’s available on your site?

Unfortunately, we are not able to process returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third party. We recommend handling the exchange through the original place of purchase or returning the item to the original place of purchase and placing a new order on our website.

How do I change my shipping address?

Can I change the shipping option on my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping option for your order to an expedited option after it has been placed due to your card already being authorised for a certain currency amount. Once you receive the product, you can process a return online within 30 days by going to the returns page  here .
